Students
Step into an exciting part of the consulting market with acondas while you are still a student and grow into the consultant role. As an acondas intern, you will be directly involved in an implementation project of one of our reputable clients. Experienced acondas consultants will be at your side to guide and support you as you take on project tasks and to give you an insider’s perspective into the role as a consultant.
Graduates
Depending on your level of knowledge and experience, you can begin your implementation consulting career at acondas as a (Junior) Consultant. As an acondas consultant, you will support reputable international corporations on diverse change topics such as reorganization, transformation, digitalization and growth strategy. Since everyday project work on challenging topics is highly diverse, you will be on an unusually steep learning curve at acondas, giving you access to many professional development and advancement opportunities. Your development will also be guided by a personal mentor, with whom you will meet regularly to discuss your progress toward defining and reaching your personal goals.
Young Professionals / Professionals
We offer young professionals and professionals with at least 2 years of professional experience attractive entry opportunities in the area of project management for organizational development and digital transformation. Depending on your level of experience and expertise, you will enter acondas either as a senior consultant, (senior) manager or director. In all positions, we place our trust in you and give you space for your ideas and decisions in the customer’s project, as well as to break new ground and set your own accents at acondas. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself individually even if you have many years of professional experience.

Continuing education is a top priority for us and is one of our four core values for a reason. Our employee training program in the technical and methodological skills needed in project work and for personal development is so popular that it is also requested by many customers. You can also complete a part-time master’s degree or a part-time doctorate with us. You will also receive an annual budget for further training measures of your choice, which you can apply to attend online seminars or buy technical literature, for example. We also support project-relevant certifications such as Professional Scrum Master, PMP, CAPM and Change Manager.
