01. Online application
Send us your resume and your graduation certificates and references in electronic form.
02. Personal interview
On the interview day you will meet two members of our management team. In two one-hour interviews we would like to get to know you better professionally and personally. We would like to talk to you about your previous experience and your career opportunities at acondas. This may also include working on smaller case studies from everyday consulting work.
03. Offer & talking to colleagues
You will receive feedback from us shortly after the personal interview. If the feedback is positive, you will directly receive an offer for a career start at acondas. Before you make your decision, we will also be happy to give you the opportunity to talk with other acondas colleagues about working at acondas or to visit your preferred office location.
04. Start and onboarding
On your first few days at work, you will receive professional, detailed onboarding from us on the basics of our consulting work and internal acondas processes. After that, nothing will stand in the way of a successful start on your first project.
